Founder

Sheikh Mehmet Usta, a visionary leader at the helm of the i3 Institute, brings over two decades of experience in Islamic education and corporate leadership to inspire and empower young Muslims across North America. Having studied under 11 prominent scholars, he holds degrees in Computer Science, Arabic, and Islamic Studies. His unique fusion of traditional Islamic scholarship and modern expertise equips a new generation to lead their communities with confidence, wisdom, and a commitment to positive change.

Dr. Amine Ayad

Instructor

Dr. Amine Ayad is a respected Scholar-Practitioner and business leader with extensive executive experience both nationally and internationally. Known for his expertise in strategy and leadership, he has driven significant business improvements. A multilingual author and senior member of ASQ and IISE, Dr. Ayad bridges the gap between academic research and practical management. He has published widely, including a textbook for MBA students, and holds a doctorate in management and a degree in Civil Engineering.
